Lalitha is a former Assistant State Attorney who has experience in the areas of traffic, misdemeanors, and felonies. She has handled numerous first appearances, arraignments, pre-trial conferences, trials, and violations of probation. Additionally, she has represented debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies during which she has attended meeting of creditors hearings and confirmation hearings. Lalitha graduated from University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with Honors and minoring in Criminology. She then graduated from Stetson University College of Law with her Juris Doctor. Lalitha is married and enjoys spending time with her family during her free time.
